As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate, hospitality driven candidates to join our front of house team now that we are growing our restaurant company into the Northern New Jersey market.FOH Positions Available & Job Requirements:2+ years of bartending experience, Fine Dining, Steakhouse experience (Bartender)2 years of experience in a fine dining environment as a Lead Server (Captain)2+ years Fine Dining, Steakhouse experience (Server Assistant, Food Runner, Polisher, Barista, Drink Runner, Barback)2+ years Front Desk, Lead Host experience (Host, Maitre d')Deep knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wineStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience with high-volume service and fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with POS systems (Toast preferred)Familiarity with Open Tables & Seven RoomsMust be punctual, organized, and service-orientedFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysAbility to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsImpeccable service standards and attention to detailAn appreciation of food & beverageMaintain personal hygiene, well groomed and polished appearanceSense of urgencyOrganization skillsMaintain a clean work environment, and complete daily side work tasksMust speak EnglishAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededLooking for full-time and part-time, days and nights available
